APPL has been a pioneer in the rubber seals segment for over three decades. We produce over 300 different pipe seals using more than 30 different compounds with a diverse range of polymers such as EPDM, NBR, SBR, CR and Natural Rubber etc., all of which meet stringent specifications of profile and material.

APPL manufactures specialized rubber tiles for naval vessels and submarines to aid in their stealth features. Our tiles are 20mm and 51mm thick and exhibit high durability and resilience for defense applications. Using dedicated and specialized equipment, we are able to tailor our products to suit naval requirements. Furthermore, our modern materials consist of a number of layers and many different sized voids, each targeted at a specific sound frequency range at different depths. Different materials are sometimes used in different areas of the submarine to better absorb specific frequencies associated with machinery at that location inside the hull.

APPL's high performance curing lines produce a variety of rubber profiles that are used in multiple industry segments including automobile, food processing, transport, marine etc.
We have an in-house mould development and design team that can customize any profile according to the desired shape and size, thus meeting stringent standards set by our client base.
